For three decades, Giuliano (winner of the 2007 Cooking Teacher of the Year from the International Association of Culinary Professionals) has taught students worldwide how to cook authentic, delicious Italian dishes. He and his wife, Lael, have their own cooking school in Italy – Cooking with Giuliano Hazan – at Villa Giona, a Renaissance villa outside Verona. Classes are limited to 12 students, and are held each spring/early summer and fall.
