If you happen to be in the Philadelphia area on May 22, don’t miss Demonstration Day at the Simeone Museum.
Fred Simeone believes that cars, especially racecars, should be driven. And that’s exactly what he and his staff at the Simeone Foundation Museum do on a regular basis. And that includes million-dollar racecars with incredible provenance!
On Saturday, May 22 at Noon, they will be firing up and driving three iconic racing sports cars, including the stunning Maserati 300S, pictured above, raced by Stirling Moss and Jean Behra. Additional cars driven by the greatest drivers of their era include an Aston Martin DBR1 driven by Moss and Jim Clark and the Ford GT40 Mark IV driven by Denny Hulme and Lloyd Ruby.
