After a successful Frankfurt Motor Show introduction of its red 700 horsepower GTStreet RS 911, above, based on the factory GT2 RS, Techart follows up with a Turbo Power Kit for 911 Porsches, top, that blows the competition away.
Techart’s latest tuning kit, TA 097/T3 for the Porsche 911 Turbo, above, ups the horsepower to 700-plus and torque to 650 pound-feet. That translates into 0 to 62 mph sprints in 2.8 seconds and, with speed-rated tires, a potential top speed of 219 mph!
The engine conversion involves the installation of new Techart-branded sport air filter, manifolds, ECU management system, VTG turbochargers and high- performance intercoolers. There’s also a unique carbon-fiber engine styling package, above.
