NEW IP BLOG

The IPKat has been tipped off about a new blog. IPEG pronounces that it’s
for IP fanatics, geeks and critics, indulges in make, break, supportive or repugnant comments. It hopes to give a 360 degree view on why Intellectual Property is at the heart of society. It is open for others who share their penchant for all that IP has to offer.
The IPKat was rather impressed when he visited. So far the contents are mostly patent-based, but they look to be of a high standard. The Kat also welcomed IPEG’s summary of today’s decision of Advocate General Leger, in Roche-Primus on the Dutch courts’ willingness to give cross-border injunctions in patent cases which is, thus far, unavailable in English.
