First Annual Winefest Show & Sip Invitational, Sarasota, Florida
The First Annual Café Racers Show & Sip Invitational, April 24, 2009 showcased an eclectic array of vehicles, including classics, exotics, racecars, 200-MPH Supercars and vintage Musclecars.
A rare Vandem Plas bodied 1934 Bentley Tourer, Ferrari 360 Challenge racecar, Ferrari 599 GTB Fiorano, Lamborghini Gallardo Spyder, ’55 Chevy Sedan Delivery built by Boyd Coddington and a 1971 SS-396 Camaro are just some of the unique vehicles shown by the Cafe Racers. Sarasota’s Joe and Debbie Angeleri and Marty and Sharon Schorr showed two rare cars that they purchased new: a 1964 Shelby 289 Cobra and a 1967 Iso Grifo built by the Rivolta family in Italy. Local Ferrari, Porsche and British car clubs also displayed cars.
